Big Sofa collates, analyses and organises unstructured video, extracting data in terms of context, behaviour and language.

Through the partnership with Take Note, the ability to transcribe video will be integrated into the Big Sofa platform.

The tie-in will allow spoken language to be analysed to identify themes, sentiment, mood, clusters, and anomalies.
