Blue Yonder gains patent for emotion analysis tool
The tool, called Clickscape, aims to measure emotions from consumers to provide insights and data into consumer and patient behaviour and preferences.
Clickscape works by recording, tracking and diagnosing responses to events through a device worn by the user.
