Holdsworth (pictured) was previously research operations director at Spark MR, and has worked in the research industry for more than 15 years.

In her new role at Blue Yonder, Holdsworth will lead on client relationships for Sense:lab, which focuses on product and design testing.

Kate Binner, head of Sense:lab, said: “Rachel’s experience is perfect for us. She sits exactly at the Blue Yonder sweet spot; mixed method and mixed R&D and brand insight expertise. She is going to be invaluable for our clients and our people.”

Richard Heath, managing director at Blue Yonder, said: “The talent people have with clients, and their ability to help guide and develop our young team are far more important than where they live these days.

“We’re so excited at the expanded possibilities for recruitment we see post-pandemic.”
