BritainThinks hires specialist to build behavioural team

UK – London-based insight and strategy agency BritainThinks has appointed Max Mawby to establish a behavioural science offer as the business looks to expand its services.

Max Mawby

Mawby joins BritainThinks from Kantar’s behavioural practice, where he was a senior director.

He has also previously led behavioural science at the Behavioural Insights Team and fintech business Plum.

Mawby will establish and lead a new behavioural science team at BritainThinks, adding to its existing insight, communication and engagement services.

Ben Shimshon, managing partner at BritainThinks, said: "We provide our clients with insight into what their customers, service users, citizens and colleagues actually do, alongside what they think, feel and say. With his proven expertise in behavioural science theory and practice, Max will take that to the next level: dedicated behavioural insight and advisory to help our clients identify, explain and influence the behaviours that matter most for their businesses."
