Thinks Insight & Strategy makes senior hires

UK – London-based global insight and strategy consultancy Thinks Insight & Strategy, formerly known as BritainThinks, has made several senior hires including Elsie Lauchlan as research director.

Lauchlan (pictured left) was previously associate director leading the quantitative team at Shift Insight, where she spent eight years.

In her new role, Lauchlan will build Think Insight & Strategy’s quantitative work, including bringing in new techniques and statistical and analytical methods and tools.

Jon Edwards (pictured right) and Isabelle Evans (pictured centre) have also joined Thinks Insight & Strategy as associate directors.

Edwards spent the last six years at Netfluential, where he worked across sectors including technology, financial technology, media, sports and fast-moving consumer goods.

Evans previously worked at Quantum Consumer Solutions as a lead, and prior to that spent more than two years at Trinity McQueen, with her role at Thinks Insight & Strategy focused on its behavioural science practice.

Other recent hires at Thinks Insight & Strategy are Kunmi Shonubi as project coordinator, Jess Ivankovic as research lead, Daisy Kay and Katie Spittle as senior research executives, and Aleena Numaan, Harry Rodgers and Cate Standing-Tattersall as research executives.
