Hudson was most recently chief financial officer at EngageSmart, where she built and led the strategic finance function.

Before that role, Hudson was vice-president of finance and chief accounting officer at Carbonite, and held roles at The Davenport Companies, RSM US LLP, and Henderson and Associates.
