Amy Cashman (pictured) has led Kantar’s UK and Ireland insights business since 2019, and prior to that was managing director at TNS.

Kantar has promoted Cashman to the newly created role of global managing director, brand and customer experience (CX). She will take on responsibility for brand and CX offers alongside Kantar’s brand and marketing activities globally, including creating a more integrated brand and CX proposition for clients.

Ridgley has spent the past eight years as global planner and account director, leading Kantar’s relationships across insights and consulting with key clients. Prior to that, Ridgley held various senior roles within Added Value.

In another new role, Will Galgey, executive managing director of Kantar’s automated market research platform, becomes global managing director of solutions and platforms, responsible for creative, media, innovation and qual solutions.

Nicki Morley, head of behavioural science and innovation expertise in the UK insights business, takes up the position of global innovation lead, reporting to Galgey.
