Differentology makes changes in leadership
James joined the business in 2013 and will now oversee development across its London and Newcastle offices, as well as focusing on strategic areas of growth.
Gilthorpe (pictured), who was previously head of strategy, now takes on responsibility for the company’s cultural and strategic growth strategy. She will oversee the consultancy’s new structure, where multi-disciplined project teams will combine to meet individual client demands.
James said: “Over the past 12 months, Lizzie has provided a significant contribution to the strategic direction of the business, helped to shape what we stand for as a brand, and has played a major role in embedding creativity into everything we do. She leads by example, and I’m personally very proud of the progress she has made in her career to date.”
