Directions makes raft of promotions
Ebbing (pictured) was previously senior vice-president of executional excellence at Directions and had been in the role since January.
Carley Metsker has been promoted to senior vice-president and group director, and will lead a team at Directions focused on the restaurant industry.
Metsker was previously vice-president for client service and has been at the company for 20 years.
Directions also confirmed that Beth Finn has promoted to senior vice-president and group director, leading the company’s travel, hospitality and shopper team.
Finn previously served four years at Directions as vice-president for client service and as its lead on shopper practice.
Cindy Tullis’ role as senior vice-president has been expanded to include group director, leading the company’s healthcare team. She has been with the business for 24 years.
Tim Laake has seen his responsibilities as chief marketing officer expanded to oversee all of client service.
Jim Lane, chief executive and president of Directions, said: “Jason, Carley, Beth, Cindy, and Tim have been, and will continue to be, vital to the success of Directions.
“We are proud to recognise their contributions and career success with these promotions and added responsibilities.”
