Dunnhumby Health is intended to enable healthcare institutions in the US to leverage patient data to build loyalty, improve people’s health and lower unnecessary costs. More specifically, data will be used to:

  • create content strategies and engagement experiences, including incentives and rewards, to build trust in brands and improve loyalty
  • understand evolving patient preferences
  • anticipate the future of retail healthcare
  • develop personalised communications programmes

“Fostering loyalty and incentivising healthy behaviours hasn’t always been a  primary concern in healthcare and it is fascinating to see the industry now address the challenges that we have helped some of America’s biggest retail names solve,” said Andy Hill, managing director North America, dunnhumby.

“Customer science can help healthcare organisations earn patient loyalty and act as a powerful tool in preventative care to help people live healthier lives.”
