Dunnhumby partners with AI technology company Synerise
Through the partnership, Dunnhumby aims to allow retailers and brands to connect multiple data sets and access AI-based insights to inform their personalisation, loyalty, pricing, promotions and retail media.
Based in Krakow, Poland, Synerise offers advanced and proprietary AI and big data technology through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that organisations to use to store, process, and analyse data.
According to Dunnhumby, clients will benefit from greater speed and precision through Synerise’s AI and data automation, as well as more opportunities to personalise their marketing.
Josh Bottomley, chief executive, Dunnhumby (pictured), said: “As AI and technology become increasingly pervasive, we are strengthening our ecosystem with partners that supercharge our science and help our clients put their customers at the heart of every decision and experience.”
Jaroslaw Krolewski, chief executive, Synerise, added that the partnership would “use real-time AI to predict the behaviour of people and machines, and to act instantaneously”.
