Dynata extends panel platform to Asia-Pacific

US – Data services business Dynata has expanded its survey-based platform to include the Asia-Pacific (Apac) region.

Panellists in Australia, India, Japan and New Zealand are now available through the inBrain platform, with other Apac markets due to follow in the coming year.

Dynata acquired the platform, initially available in the Americas and Europe, in 2021. It focuses on younger audiences and offers people the chance to complete surveys via apps including fitness and lifestyle, rewarding members with points or prizes within mobile games.

The company said the launches in Apac would improve panel quality and offer Apac clients access to its global services through the acquisition of Branded Research and new loyalty and recruitment partnerships in the Americas and Europe.

In addition to expanding to Apac, Dynata has also recently added a tool to evaluate survey quality automatically and has introduced identity checks using machine learning.
