Ebiquity buys Media Value
Media Value has operated as Ebiquity’s franchise partner in the Iberian market since 2008, under the Ebiquity name.
The company has been bought for an initial €743,000 and the deal will be worth up to €6m, depending on the performance of the business in the three financial years ending 30 April 2016.
Mauricio Barange, Media Value’s chief executive, will remain in the role.
Media Value’s media auditing and benchmarking business will be included in Ebiquity’s Media Value Measurement division; while its ROI/effectiveness practice which will be included in Ebiquity’s Marketing Performance Optimisation division.
Media Value has offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon.
