Ebiquity hires new CFO
He replaces Kevin McNair, interim chief financial officer, who will step down from the role and the board on 7th January 2019, when Newman joins the company.
Newman previously spent almost 10 years as chief financial officer at YouGov and is currently chair of the audit committee of Future and deputy chair of the Quoted Companies Alliance. Prior to YouGov, he held partner roles at EY and KPMG.
Michael Karg, group chief executive, Ebiquity said: "Alan is an exceptional addition to Ebiquity’s executive team. He brings a vital combination of public company and media sector expertise as we continue our business transformation."
The appointment follows Ebiquity’s recent hiring of Debbie Morrison as managing director of global partnerships and events, and Emma Winterson-Hayward as chief people officer.
