Peachey (pictured) joins the company from translation agency Intonation, where he spent 20 years, most recently as managing director.

He will work alongside Empower Translate chief executive officer, Ruth Partington, and chief commercial officer, John Temple, to implement the company’s strategy and manage its team of employees.

The business rebranded from RP Translate in December 2019. 

Partington said: “Empower has grown from a single desk in a spare bedroom to an enterprise with global presence. I am thrilled to take the next step of handing day-to-day management to Dan, who shares our ambitions and vision for the future of insight localisation.”
