Eyeota names COO

US – Data firm Eyeota has promoted Marc Fanelli to chief operating officer and Rob Armstrong to senior vice-president of product.

Fanelli was most recently executive vice-president of client success and business operations, and before joining Eyeota worked for companies including Impact, Acxiom, Merkle and Experian.

In his new role, Fanelli will oversee account management, customer success, data operations, privacy compliance, data governance and business operations regarding metrics, measurement and sales reporting and administration.

Fanelli will also lead on Eyeota’s evaluation and assessment of the value and performance of new and existing vendor relationships.

Armstrong will oversee the development of Eyeota’s data tools, and previously worked on targeting tool Eyeota Translate.

Kristina Prokop, chief executive of Eyeota, said: “The positive impact of Marc’s efforts and focus on improving Eyeota’s structure, metrics, collaboration and transparency has been immeasurable and felt across the entire business.

“Under his leadership, I am confident that we’ll see continued growth and increased efficiency as we continue to expand our global data impact.”
