With over 20 years’ experience in global brand strategy, innovation and insight, Jacobs (pictured) has held roles at Unilever’s Consumer Innovation, Experience & Trends Lab, The Big Picture, Publicis Groupe and Ipsos, working across many categories from finance, fashion and consumer healthcare to CPG, beauty and beverages.
A cross-cultural strategist who has worked in over 30 countries and speaks Russian, Dutch, French and English, Jacobs specialises in applied empathy, helping brands and teams transform their thinking and strategy by embedding them in the way the people they serve think, feel and act.
