Former GSK insights lead joins Strat7 Bonamy Finch
McBride (pictured) was most recently insight lead for Northern Europe at GSK. Prior to that, he held client- and agency-side insight roles at companies including Britvic and Japan Tobacco International.
At Strat7 Bonamy Finch, he will focus on clients, including brand planning and strategy development.
The company has also appointed Femi Akinlabi as analytics consultant, with previous roles including BBC and British Land, and Ben Frost as trainee analytics executive.
Paul Carney, managing director at Strat7 Bonamy Finch, said: "John has advanced the role of insights at a number of major brands, and I’ve no doubt he will further the our team’s ambition to make insights as business-ready as possible.
"With Ben and Femi also joining our advanced analytics team, more hires imminent and a strong client base, we’re continuing our growth plans into 2021 and beyond."
