Forsta launches updated qualitative tool
InterVu allows focus group leaders to facilitate online group discussions, and has been updated to allow documents, video and screens to be shared, as well as real-time polls and a virtual backroom.
The tool has also been integrated with Adobe Connect 12 to allow for higher quality audio and 1080p resolution video.
Forsta, which is owned by healthcare experience firm Press Ganey, said that previous features on the old version of InterVu, including security and privacy protections, would be retained in the new version of the tool.
Luke Szerbinski, vice-president of global business development at Forsta, said: “InterVu is instrumental in helping research professionals uncover the full human experiences of their consumers, and these product updates allow them to focus solely on gathering valuable insights – not the technology.
“The purpose-built platform has been redesigned with a modernised performance that provides a highly-effective environment for engaging dialogue, with enriched features related to non-verbal responses, body language, facial expressions and more.”
