Four new owners for Directions Research
Betsy Sutherland (pictured), Hannah Peters, Miguel Martinez-Baco and Tiffany Bailey are new owners of the market research company which has been employee-owned for more than 20 years.
Founder Randy Brooks said: “We believe employee ownership is largely responsible for our success as a company. Our company was founded on the belief that those who contribute to the company’s success should own the company and benefit from that success. Our commitment to employee ownership and the Directions stock system that stands behind it, helps us attract and retain sought-after professionals with in-demand expertise.”
Meanwhile, Hannah Peters, KaRene Smith, and Mark Erwin have been promoted. Peters has been promoted to account executive, Smith has been promoted to vice-president, director marketing & design and Erwin is now vice-president of client service.
