Harris Interactive launches NPD tool
The solution asks consumers to review a range of options and preferences for products and services. It is the latest in a series of tools designed to aid new product development, and helps users identify the optimum combination of features, benefits and price.
The tool runs on the existing QuickSurveys product, which is part of parent company Toluna’s Insights platform. Harris Interactive claims the tool allows companies to speed up the testing and development of new products.
Debbie Senior, vice-president of global products and automation at Harris (pictured), said the tool would help companies to “optimise their products and services prior to launch, or fine-tune them post launch, perhaps to differentiate from competitors”.
