Hayter and Ruffels join MRS board

UK – Acacia Avenue’s Caroline Hayter and Samsung’s Zoe Ruffels have been elected to the Market Research Society’s main board.

Hayter, who is co-founder and strategist at research and strategy consultancy Acacia Avenue and Zoe Ruffels, vice-president consumer & market intelligence at Samsung Electronics will serve from April.
