Veninga (pictured) joined Human8 (formerly InSites Consulting) four years ago and most recently led one of the company’s international client teams. He has also previously held roles at Norstat and the Dutch Chamber of Commerce during his career.

In the newly created role, Veninga, based between The Netherlands and the UK, will report to Magali Geens, managing director of Europe, Middle East and Africa (Emea).

Geens said the appointment was driven by an “extremely apparent” demand among Emea clients for local delivery of global consultancy services.

Geens added: “To achieve this, we need more senior colleagues to be available to listen to their needs and craft bespoke solutions to suit. Adding Arjan to our EMEA leadership team increases our capacity to do so.”
