Human8 hires US MD from Walmart
Neudecker joins Human8 from Walmart, where he was director of product for Walmart Data Ventures. He previously held senior roles at Kantar and GfK.
Neudecker’s focus will be building on the ‘existing strengths’ of Human8’s US team to sharpen the offer to clients and ‘drive differentiation’, he said in a press release.
The appointment of a new US managing director follows a recent change in senior leadership at Human8. Tim Wragg, formerly of Hall & Partners, joined the business as chief executive in September 2024, as Camille Nicita stepped down from the role and became a non-executive partner.
Tim Wragg, chief executive, Human8, said: "Niels knows how to drive growth through innovation. His leadership will be crucial as we enhance our advisory capabilities with AI and strengthen our insight communities. Niels’ ability to foster collaboration and build strong teams will be a significant asset to our US operations."
Neudecker said: "The company’s innovative approach to connecting people with brands – through marketing insights consulting and scalable qualitative solutions – aligns perfectly with my passion for transforming market insights into actionable strategies.
"I’m particularly excited about accelerating efforts to integrate AI with human insights, ensuring we meet evolving client needs while reinforcing our leadership in insight communities."
