InnovateMR expands supply team

US – Sampling and research technology business InnovateMR has expanded its senior supply team with two new members of staff.

The company has named Gaurav Sharma (pictured left) as vice-president of global sample and Mark Rasmussen (pictured right) as senior director of global supply.

Sharma has spent more than 15 years working in market research, and was most recently vice-president – global sampling at Toluna.

As well as six years at Toluna, Sharma has spent time working for GE Healthcare and CriticalMix, which is now part of Dynata.

Rasmussen has worked in research for more than eight years and prior to joining InnovateMR was director of audience effectiveness at Suzy, following a spell at Schlesinger Group.

Sandy Casey, senior vice-president of global supply at InnovateMR, said: “Gaurav has a wealth of knowledge unlike any other in the insights industry with high-level experience leading successful teams through a changing industry.

“We are thrilled to welcome him to InnovateMR and see where his expertise will lead us.

“Mark is a powerhouse in the supply technology space and will help InnovateMR elevate our participant engagement, data quality methods, best practices and product integrations.”

MREF appoints InnovateMR SVP
Brittany Nicols, senior vice-president, marketing and communications at InnovateMR, has joined the board of directors at the Marketing Research Education Foundation (MREF).

The MREF is a market research industry initiative which aims to use financial and HR tools to increase access to quality education worldwide.

Nicols will help drive MREF strategies and initiatives and help monitor its work.

She added that she was “looking forward to being a driving force for the organisation and helping them to fulfil their mission”.
