InSites Consulting reshuffles management structure
In his new role, De Ruyck will help drive global growth for the company and also assist the installation of a regional support structure.
Regional managing directors Camille Nicita in the US, Magali Geens in Europe, Middle East and Africa and Maz Amirahmadi in Asia-Pacific will support De Ruyck in an executive committee as part of the new structure for the business.
Fiona McNae, managing director at Space Doctors, which was acquired by InSites Consulting in 2021, will also sit within the company’s executive committee.
The changes follow the appointment of Els De Paepe as chief people officer late last year, taking over from Quentin Ashby, who moved to a role leading environmental, social and governance for the business.
Kristof De Wulf (pictured), chief executive at InSites Consulting, said: “This feels like the right time to make sound choices for the future, with all pieces now in place to embrace one integrated vision and strategy, backed up by a global structure.
“Being a truly global business now, the relative importance of our key regions has grown and that is why we redefined our executive structure to give our regions more support and influence across the business.
“We also have worked hard to consolidate our portfolio, bringing the best of all acquired agencies together for more client impact.”
