Sinha was previously chief executive of the consumer insights division at Creativeland Asia. Based in Bengaluru, her remit covers the whole of India but she will have a particular key focus on leveraging business potential in the country’s southern region.
Reporting to Amit Adarkar, chief executive at Ipsos India, Sinha will be responsible for growing business for brand and communications for Ipsos’ global partnership clients and local clients.
Ipsos India’s brand and communications services include brand activation tracking, brand equality measurement, creative development and assessment.
Adarkar said: “Brand health tracking and creative excellence have both undergone a renaissance at Ipsos. Sinha, with her domain expertise and experience, will further reinforce Ipsos’ position in brand and communication in India.”
Sinha has worked with market research companies in both qualitative and quantitative research for clients across the consumer packaged goods sector.
Joyti Malladi, who previously led the brand health tracking and creative excellence businesses, took up the newly created role of managing director of research at Ipsos India in June this year.
