Ipsos MENA appoints new CEO of IIS & Operations
El Habre (pictured) will lead interactive data collection methods for online and offline researching. He will also oversee the expansion of the Observer department and the IIS Online panel in the region.
He has been with Ipsos for more than 20 years and is currently its chief operations officer.
The IIS panel has grown to around 4.8 million members from across the globe and around 500,000 in Middle East and North Africa spread over eight countries (UAE, Lebanon, KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Morocco, Jordan and Kuwait).
Ipsos in MENA currently has offices in 15 countries around Middle East and North Africa, while conducting studies covering 20 countries around the same region.
