Ipsos NZ hires CX lead

NEW ZEALAND – Ipsos New Zealand has appointed Amrutha Murthy as director of customer experience.

Murthy (pictured) joins the company from New Zealand Post, where she led customer experience design. Prior to that she held customer roles at insurance company IAG and Inland Revenue New Zealand.

In her new role, effective immediately, she will be responsible for customer experience (CX) strategy with Ipsos’ New Zealand clients.

Hercock said: “Amrutha’s customer experience expertise will be invaluable to our clients who want to develop customer centric cultures. She completely understands the business issues our clients are facing and will offer a really valuable service leading the development of their CX programmes and strategies.”

Richard Korn, ANZ managing director of customer experience, described customer experience as a “major growth area” for Ipsos in Australia and New Zealand.
