The annual Insight250, first published in 2021, highlights leaders across disciplines including market research, consumer intelligence and data-led marketing.

Frost is responsible for the leadership of MRS, overseeing its strategy, growth and evolution.

Prior to MRS, she developed and led the individual customer function and the behavioural evidence and insight unit at HM Revenue & Customs.

Harding has been managing director at MRS since 2015, having been at the organisation since 1999 in a variety of roles including chief operating officer and deputy director general.

The Insight250 list is published by MTab and Esomar. The judging panel chose the 250 winners across 53 countries based on criteria including professional experience, academic accomplishments, publication contributions, industry involvement, insight innovations and sector accolades.

Mark Langsfeld, co-chair of the Insight250 judging panel and chief executive officer at MTab, said: “The focus of the Insight250 is to celebrate exceptional individuals who are elevating the insights and research industries globally.
“There are so many incredible professionals making major contributions to how we gather data, analyse insights and understand today’s complex world.”

Kristin Luck, co-chair of the Insight250 judging panel, added: “It’s vital to recognise and celebrate the data, insights and analytics professionals who are driving innovation in this sector.

“Announcing the 2023 winners virtually allows us to engage the industry worldwide to elevate market research and further celebrate its increasing importance and impact.”
