Kantar Media’s Richard Poustie joins Dynata

US – Data platform Dynata has appointed Richard Poustie, managing director of TV measurement currency service Barb, to lead the company’s Emea media division.

Poustie (pictured) had been at Kantar Media, which manages Barb, for the past 15 years, in various leadership roles, including chief executive of UK and Ireland, and global chief executive for TGI.

He has led Kantar Media’s Barb team since 2019.

At Dynata, London-based Poustie will focus on shaping the media division’s sales strategy and go-to-market plans across the Emea region.

Dynata has also appointed Mike Jaffe, previously of Media Radar, as general manager, global operations.

Prior to Media Radar, US-based Jaffe also worked at Kantar Media, holding operations leadership roles at Kantar Media for 18 years in North America and globally. He also led operations for Vivix, formed in 2023 by merging Kantar Media’s advertising intelligence business and Numerator.

Both joined Dynata in January.
