Kantar Retail joins forces with Microsoft on CPG sales tool
Kantar Retail will bring its technology assets, proprietary retail insights and change management tools together under its new Sales Performance Platform, and use Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Kantar said its Sales Performance Platform will help consumer goods manufacturers achieve more revenues and profit with less cost by bridging the gap between business planning and execution.
David Morton, managing director of sales & shopper technology at Kantar Retail, said: “Together, we will provide our customers with a platform to empower their teams, engage with their retail partners, strengthen their brands and win at the shelf more effectively and efficiently.”
Colin Wright, Microsoft global solutions director, Microsoft said: “It is paramount for Microsoft to deliver strong industry-specific solutions that can help our customers to innovate and succeed in this mobile-first, cloud-first world.
