Kugler currently holds a number of roles including: chairman of Cognita Schools, a global group of independent schools; chairman of venue business Headbox; and board director at manufacturing business, Keter Group. He was at Unilever for more than 25 years, most recently as executive director on the main board and global president of home and personal care.

Chadwick is managing partner of Cambiar, which he founded in 2004, and has more than 40 years’ experience in market research. He has been CEO of a number of market research companies including NOP World, which was sold to GfK in 2005. He is also a fellow of MRS.
