Lucid adds to board
Elam (pictured) spent 30 years at GE, including 15 years as chief diversity officer. She also held the role of president of the GE Foundation.
After her retirement in 2016, she founded business consulting firm Corporate Playbook, based in New Orleans.
Elam joins board members Patrick Comer, Brett Schnittlich, Walton Comer, Andrew Paul, Russ Pyle, and Carl Sparks. Don Dodge is stepping down from the board but remains a shareholder in the company.
