Lucid names chief of staff

US – Programmatic sample company Lucid has appointed Stephanie Comardelle to the newly created role of chief of staff.

Comardelle, previously the company’s vice-president of customer experience, success and solutions, will help to develop corporate strategy, improve processes, and facilitate greater effectiveness within the organisation.

Working with chief executive and founder Patrick Comer, the board and the executive and senior leadership teams, she will also lead the office of the chief executive.

Prior to joining Lucid, Comardelle worked in operations at companies including ServiceNow and Northrop Grumman, and also served in the US Marine Corps.

Comer said: “We all temporarily switched roles as part of an employee development exercise, and Stephanie took on the role of CEO.

“It was in that moment that I saw first-hand her true ability to represent Lucid in this capacity. I look forward to working with her on key initiatives in the months and years ahead, as we continue to innovate and evolve our services and offerings.”
