MediaMonks adds consumer insight service
MediaMonks has introduced the service, ‘Persona.Flow’ as what it calls a “cost-effective alternative to traditional focus groups”. It is an addition to the company’s existing managed service for marketing workflows.
The service converts owned customer data into consumer personas, and is based on a framework that combines brand-owned data and factual data from consumer and market research libraries, sourced in partnership with marketing data business Claritas.
MediaMonks said it would allow brands to streamline their strategy workflows, increase their precision and “democratise deep data insights”.
