AUSTRALIA – Global market research and insights company Metrixlab has appointed Ed Harrison as managing director of Australia and New Zealand.

Harrison (pictured) replaces Vincent Blaney, who is returning to the UK to work at Metrixlab’s London office.

Both Harrison and Blaney will jointly manage Metrixlab’s Australia business until June to ensure a smooth transition.

Harrison was previously working at Fiftyfive5 and has also led System1 Research’s Australia and New Zealand business.

Rob Valsler, regional managing director at MetrixLab Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific, said: “We’re excited to welcome Ed to the MetrixLab team and see how we build on a hugely successful launch phase where our Australia team helped make a big impact for clients in the region.

“Our team and clients will benefit from Ed’s broad experience in the market and deep understanding of our key focus areas.”
