Van der Gouwe (pictured) and Van Leeuwen will jointly lead the Dutch office, sharing responsibility for the commercial performance and the local and global client base of the Dutch office.

These two roles replace Eric Lammerts van Bueren who is leaving the company for a new position.

Van der Gouwe has been with MetrixLab for 12 years, most recently as group account leader. Van Leeuwen joined the company in 2015 as client director. He was promoted to the Dutch management team as group account leader last year.

Scott Ernst, global CEO of the Macromill Group said: “The Rotterdam office not only boasts a significant client base, it is also the centre of innovation. Pieter and Pim’s close working relationship has already delivered results for our clients and our business, and I look forward to seeing that accelerate further.”
