Julia Fellows (pictured centre left) and Vitalija Narstyte (pictured far left) have been promoted from data analytics manager roles to data innovation lead and data management lead respectively.

Katie Brown (pictured centre right) has become business process lead, having previously held the role of business process manager.

MM-Eye was the first market research company for Kingston, Fellows and Narstyte, all of whom have been with the business for more than five years.

Damien Field, managing director at MM-Eye, said: “These promotions embody everything MM-Eye values as an employee-owned business. Hayley, Julia, Katie, and Vita have each demonstrated outstanding dedication and leadership.

“It’s incredibly rewarding to see colleagues flourish, knowing that nurturing talent supports individual growth and strengthens the future of MM-Eye as a whole.”
