Rocabado (pictured) has previously held leadership roles at GfK, Isobar, Nielsen and RepTrak, and most recently served as a global adviser at Caliber. 

In his new role, Rocabado will use high-frequency data to support how businesses measure and manage their reputation and its impact on overall performance.
