Motif names Ford head of data
Ford (pictured) joins the company from ORC, where he was head of UK research solutions and global leader for brand research. He has over 30 years of experience in marketing and social research, and prior to ORC was head of research at NatCen.
Ginny Monk, managing director, Motif, said: “Kevin’s skill set is exceptionally relevant for our clients looking for expert advice and understanding on why loyalty is such a critical driver of business performance. Kevin’s core focus will be on championing data science and advanced analytics.”
Motif said Ford’s appointment is in response to demand from clients to understand customer loyalty. The agency rebranded earlier this month, as part of a shift to focus on loyalty and purchasing behaviour insight.
