New CEO at CoolTool

US – Marketing testing company CoolTool has appointed Craig Stevens as chief executive officer.

Craig Stevens

Stevens (pictured) co-founded and led UBMobile until the company’s acquisition by Critical Mix in 2018.

Prior to UBMobile, he was managing director, Americas at Research Now (now Dynata), where he spent 10 years in leadership roles.

Stevens replaces CoolTool co-founder Dmitry Gaiduk in the chief executive position. Gaiduk will remain with the company as chief product officer.

CoolTool’s platform combines survey feedback with nonconscious measurement tools, including eye-tracking and emotion measurement.

Gaiduk said: “We are thrilled to have Craig join CoolTool as the company’s new chief executive, allowing me to focus on providing clients with the most valuable and innovative insights solutions.

“His experience leading companies through high-growth cycles, combined with his knowledge of the needs of marketers and researchers, will enable CoolTool to stay client-centred in every aspect of our business.”
