New hires and promotions at Thinks Insight & Strategy
Gould (pictured) was previously at 2CV and specialises in commercial and social research, having worked across sectors including transport, beauty, fashion, fast-moving consumer goods and consumer finance.
Thinks has also appointed Emily Cowles-Naja, Anna Humphreys and Abimbola Kushanu-Oniru as senior research executives.
Niamh Bull, Louis Mylne, Rahma Mohamed and Tahanni Yeyha Hussain have joined as research executives, while Kemal Yigit Achikbash has been named research assistant.
In terms of promotions, Anna Noren has been promoted to senior director, Allie Jennings to director and Adina Pintilie to associate director.
Grace Evans, Molly Jeffries, Sophie Giles, Daisy Kay and Michael Keating have all been promoted to research lead, while in the operations team, Mai Nguyen has been promoted to project manager.
Interns recently promoted to research executive are Andrew Jimerson and Rebecca McFarland.
