Thinks Insight & Strategy hires five
Johnson (pictured) was previously director of international social research at Ipsos and has also spent time as a consultant.
Thinks has also named two new directors, with Paul Carroll appointed as qualitative director, having previously worked as associate director at Ipsos UK.
Jonny Harper has also joined Thinks as a director, coming from a prior role as head of social research at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
Thinks’ behavioural insight and advisory team has hired Eoin Campbell as associate director, having previously been experimental design manager at Cowry Consulting.
Lucy Keartland has joined Thinks as research lead, with her prior roles including spells at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Office for National Statistics.
Ben Shimshon, chief executive at Thinks Insight and Strategy, said: “2023 has been a transformative year for the business. We have expanded our behavioural advisory service, rebranded to Thinks Insight and Strategy, reflecting our global reach, and have hired accordingly as we augment this offer.
