New staff responsibilities at Ipsos UU India
Ipsos UU India is a qualitative platform, with versions run in more than 80 countries worldwide.
Among the changes in India announced, Ashwini Sirsikar, group service line leader at Ipsos UU and Synthesio, will also oversee all new initiatives and provide mentoring across Ipsos UU, with her role expanded to include pitching for large projects.
Sapna Parmar, research director at Ipsos UU India, will be taking on an additional role of UXR champion, which will focus on building up user experience (UX) capabilities for Ipsos UU India.
Neha Dutta, research director at Ipsos UU India, has had her role expanded to include product testing champion, Ipsos UU, with a focus on product testing and qualitative product testing capabilities across Ipsos’ clients in India.
Shelly Jain, research director at Ipsos UU India, will become simplification champion, with a target of improving efficiencies in Ipsos UU, building a respondent panel and reducing turnaround time to clients.
Geetika Singh, country service line leader, Ipsos UU India, picks up additional role of generative artificial intelligence (AI) champion, to help improve AI adoption across teams.
Amit Adarkar (pictured), chief executive at Ipsos India, said: “These role enhancements are meant to strategically elevate and enhance the role of Ipsos UU in India, with its slew of added specialities and specialists, equipping clients for the future.”
