Nielsen’s Megan Clarken made Criteo CEO
Clarken (pictured) joins from Nielsen, where she has worked for the past 15 years, most recently as chief commercial officer of Nielsen Global Media. Prior to Nielsen she worked at a number of different media and tech businesses in Australia.
Criteo founding chairman and CEO JB Rudelle decided – supported by the board of directors – to bring in a new CEO to help with the business transform into a tech platform and split the roles of chairman and CEO.
Rudelle remains chairman of the board of directors.
He said: "I am personally very happy to work with Megan on the next phase of our transformative journey; she will significantly strengthen our executive team in its strategic evolution."
Clarken added: "Criteo has grown into a truly impressive company, with high-quality assets and talented teams, and I'm honoured to lead the company into the next chapter of its development."
