Beck joined Norstat in 2020 as chief strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) officer, and as head of the M&A team led seven acquisitions across five European markets, including the purchase of Panelbase in 2023.

Prior to joining Norstat, Beck was head of M&A at GlobalConnect and before that led strategy and M&A assignments as a management consultant at Capgemini Consulting.
