Peters (pictured) was formerly head of client and comms strategy at Channel 4, where she was responsible for the broadcaster’s client and commercial marketing strategy and proposition. Prior to Channel 4, she was chief business strategist at Manning Gottlieb OMD.

She is tasked with further advancing the insight, analytics, and strategic capability within OMD UK, and working with the chief executive, Suzy Ryder, to set out the future roadmap for the agency in line with the changing needs of clients.

Peters was appointed after Charlie Ebdy took up the role of chief strategy officer at Omnicom Media Group.

Ryder said: “Clare embodies everything we value at OMD, her passion for work that delivers impact and results, combined with her passion for creativity, people and representation makes her the perfect fit for our next chapter of growth.”
