Pureprofile names head of data and insights

UK – Global data and insights company Pureprofile has promoted Joris Schellekens to head of data and insights for Europe.

Having joined the company almost 18 months ago, Schellekens (pictured) will continue to identify business opportunities with new and existing clients.

He will also lead the growing European team and helping to deliver long-term growth across mainland Europe.

Schellekens began his career in market research over 15 years ago. Prior to joining Pureprofile, he was sales director at Kantar Profiles, where he worked in the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) and Scandinavian regions. He also held the position of chief executive at research agency Markteffect.

The announcement follows three recent promotions at Pureprofile’s Asia-Pacific office: Keith Ang has been appointed head of sales, D&I Asia, while Katiemay Gardner and Peta Kernan have both been made senior account directors.

Pureprofile managing director for the UK, EU and US Tim Potter said: “Joris is highly versatile and accomplished and has been a true asset to the Pureprofile team. He has developed the European business at such a fast pace that we are confident we will go on to exceed our business goals.”
