Quadrangle boosts team with four new hires

UK – Research and data insight business Quadrangle has made four new appointments in strategy, qualitative insights and analytics as it looks to extend its customer consultancy offer.

The company has appointed Vanessa Hargraves and Colin Moyer to the senior team as directors, while Mike Kernot and Marius Munteanu have joined as insight directors.

Hargraves joins Quadrangle from Aimia, where she held the role of research director. In her new role, she will focus on integrating customer and research data.

Moyer, previously client director at System1, will lead strategic analysis and large-scale insights programmes for the company’s key clients.

Kernot has joined Quadrangle from New Zealand research agency TRA, while Munteanu was most recently qualitative research head for Kantar TNS Myanmar.

The company says the hires will strengthen its customer consultancy approach, which is being driven by the "fundamental change and significant challenges" facing clients.

Ben Skelton, managing director at Quadrangle, said: "With power now shifted to customers, customer consultancy is focused on helping brands understand, and play into what matters to them. 

"Our new hires bring a wealth of complementary capability, including cultural intelligence, behavioural and transactional data analytics, go-to-market activation and behavioural economics influenced thinking."
